Studies show that precarious work causes ill health. Temp agency workers especially tend to be forced into more hazardous working environments, and often lack sufficient training to avoid injuries. Apart from workplace-specific risks, the constant psychological pressure of uncertainty and unpredictability of working and living conditions can be reasons for severe health problems.
